Returns and Claims Policy

We take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously. If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you may submit a claim within 4 weeks of receiving your order. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

All claims found to be due to an error on our part will be resolved at our expense. Please ensure that photo evidence is included when applicable, to help us resolve your issue quickly.

Returns and Return Address

All returns are directed by default to our fulfillment facility. When a returned package is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you. If a return is unclaimed for more than 4 weeks, it may be donated to charity or disposed of, depending on the item’s condition.

If you choose to set a different return address, you accept full responsibility for any returned shipments and related handling costs.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the address provided at checkout is deemed insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. In such cases, reshipment will only be processed once you provide an updated and accurate address, and you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility may be reshipped at your expense. Please monitor your delivery notifications to avoid unnecessary delays or charges.

EU Consumers: Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to order or clearly personalized. For this reason, we reserve the right to deny returns at our sole discretion when the item is custom-made or personalized.

Governing Language

This policy and all its provisions shall be interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations provided for informational purposes.
